At Fukui Byora we offer many opportunities for skill development and knowledge enhancement in order for every employee to experience continuous personal development. Our system enables acquisition of knowledge in all work-related specialties, fulfills career needs, offers opportunities for continuing education, qualification and certification acquisition, including on the job training.

1.General New member training
Through the various study programs in this 1 month training, new employees gain necessary elementary knowledge for a Fukui Byora employee and full member of society.

2.BYORA School
BYORA School consists of specialized educational staffs and provides mainly company-specific “Cold Forming Technology” guidance. There are various types of subjects, from safety and sanitation to danger prediction training, in accordance with the needs of employees. In addition to that, approximately 6 months of specialty training in order to obtain expert knowledge and skill in the target job is undergone in BYORA School.

3.Follow-up Training
Approximately 2-3 years after beginning work all employees participate in follow up training, which includes mental aspects of working. This training involves looking back at working procedures and methodology, receiving advice from veteran colleagues, and setting and reaching targets. The training is intended to become the basis for further growth.

Employee Training

1.Curriculum in Education and Human Resource Development
In order to create an environment where, fundamentally, any employees freely get education desired, we built an educational system called “Curriculum in Education and Human Resource Development”. This system consists of 60 courses of specific knowledge and fields based on the employee’s operational necessity. As employees are able to apply for the courses meeting each pace and level according to an annual course schedule, it is possible for them to acquire the specific knowledge effectively.

2.Qualification recognition system
1) Certification
    certification is necessary for a specific job, we provide a help / support system.
2) Company internal ISO qualification
    We provide internal qualification courses in order to advance necessary knowledge
    and skill for our employees.

3.Workplace hospitality and business manner training
For all our employees, we provide training in hospitality and business manners, ensuring genuine sincerity amongst ourselves and to our customers and visitors. We believe a major feature of this training is the fact that all members participate, even those solely at our production sites who may receive few opportunities to meet directly with customers. With this training, we instill the conviction that quality in both manufacturing and interactions goes beyond mere superficiality and that superior value comes from acting upon this certitude.
