We will inquire about what we should know to consider an optimal cold forming (or manufacturing) process.
In this step, we will also discuss with you points to keep in mind when designing parts to be manufactured by the heading process.

Our technical staff will consider an optimal heading process and determine whether your requested product can be mass-produced.

We will notify you of the results of our consideration, and then determine the specifications (or drawings) of the prototype.
We will submit a quote based on the determined specifications of the prototype and on the quantity (or order lot) of parts to be mass-produced.

After receiving your order for prototyping, we will design a process (including the detailed specifications of the dies, equipment, and process) and then start prototyping.
Note: We can design an efficient process by utilizing FEM analysis to simulate the forming process.

We will scrutinize the prototype in-house to make sure that it meets our quality control specifications and process capability requirements.

We will submit the finished prototype to you. Please evaluate the prototype to determine if it satisfies your requirements.
Note: If the prototype fails to ensure the feasibility of the process, we will discuss with you first. We will then consider the next step to take, such as redesigning the prototype and changing the control specifications for mass production, toward the goal of establishing the specifications for mass production.
